  The staff are not very well informed on the items they sell, apart from one guy and if hes's busy, be prepared for a long wait!! They ordered the wrong item from me on a next day service, came home, it was the wrong size, called back and they wouldn't order a £3.50 item as replacement, wanted another payment, apparently they can't order anything or replace anything unless a new payment is made, spoke to the manager Scott, he wasn't helpful either, spoke to someone in the head office and he applied a credit and ordered immediately, this whole process wasted half an hour of my time at work!! absolutely ridiculous way of doing business....Avoid these lot unless you fancy multiple trips...
